HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Wholesale and custom products

  • Free delivery service is unsupported
  • The corresponding delivery fee will be charged according to the country and the weight.
  • Return &  exchanges fees are responsible by customer.

  • During Free Shipping promotion period, delivery fee will be shown as "0"

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
China: 3-4 working days
International: 5-7 working days for EMS express, 14-30 working days for EMS standards

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email to let you know that your order is being processed. Upon dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email with a link to track your order.

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES/TAXES INCURRED ON MY ORDER?
You will be responsible for any international taxes and duties. We are unable to supply an estimated cost as it vary by country. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for information.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted and must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at weyland@happychinasports.cn. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Items must be unworn with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like promotional items, accessories, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us at weyland@happychinasports.cn or +86 15651622868(whatsapp), Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 6PM, and we can attempt to make a cancellation. We are unable to halt a shipment once an order is out.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us at weyland@happychinasports.cn or +86 15651622868(whatsapp) and we will do our best to accommodate.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
We work with brands around the world and each brand has its own fit. If you are unsure, you can contact our customer service team at weyland@happychinasports.cn or +86 15651622868(whatsapp) and they can advise you on the right size.
